Architect's Advice

The Architect's Advice module is used specifically in the situation where the firm is are engaged as a design consultant and not as the primary Contract Administrator. It is structured much the same as the Project Memo but with a different name and directed specifically to the builder, rather than the consultant design team. The Architect's Advices can be sent out directly to the recipient list by way of PDF attached to an email drawn from the email addresses maintained in the central database.
